David Roe Sr. has been in the business since 1978 involved in transportation and installations of manufactured homes. In 1980 and 1881 he was given an award for being the second largest transportation terminal for Morgan Driveaway in the Country – he was operating 18 trucks. At that time Morgan Driveaway was the largest transporter of manufactured homes in the United States. Dave Sr. was also very influential in the design of Redman Homes of Ft. Collins Colorado. In the early eighties, Redman was one of the largest producers of manufactured homes.
In the late eighties the economy for manufactured homes in Northern Colorado went into a major tailspin and 13 factories closed down within a year. For the Roe Family, it was either get out of the business or re-locate. We chose the latter and here we are in Arizona.
