About Kingman Quality Homes

The sales center boasts more than five acres of landscaped, furnished and air conditioned manufactured home models in Kingman.

Kingman Quality Homes is unique in the fact that we are truly Family Owned and Operated, we have no outside persons who decide our pricing or what models to display. We handle the process from start to finish, from having our own trucks for transport of the home to our own installation crew and the equipment needed to place the home in remote locations and our own full time service technician. No other retailer in Mohave County can say that. Kingman Quality Homes believes in having the best for our customers to choose from and that is why we have partnered up and are Kingman's exclusive retailer for Clayton Manufacturing, which has been manufacturer of the year for 8 years running, Palm Harbor Homes and Cavco Durango.

Dave Roe Jr is a very active member of the local community and is a board member for such organizations as Sarah's House, The Kingman Center for Performing Arts and Arizona Housing Association. Recently he has been elected to serve on the Arizona Image Committee which is very instrumental in how the public views manufactured housing through out the state. He has also been involved in projects involving ADOT and the Over Dimensional Committee when transportation issues have needed to be addressed.

Dave's wife LaNae is the office manager and service coordinator for the business. Her job ranges from from everyday workings of the office to scheduling customer walk through, service repairs and ordering parts for the jobs.

Joseph Roe is currently the Arizona Housing Association Northwest Chapter President and was the 2008 Home Show Chairman for the association's statewide home show. The home show was put on at the Kingman/Bullhead City Home Depot parking lots. Joseph is also the home installation foreman for the parent company Freeway Home Service and is a integral part of Kingman Quality Homes' success because of the hands on treatment of every one of our home installs. Joseph also oversees all of our FHA foundation work and installs our Heat Pumps/Air Conditioning units. We are truly self sufficient.

Joseph's wife Claudia is the Sales Manager. She is in charge of the sales staff, pricing lot models, customer quotes, and financing. She has to stay up on all the latest changes in not only the manufactured home side but in the lending side of the job as well.

This is how it works: One of our professional and friendly staff will assist you in choosing just the right home to fit your needs. We will then go to your site and offer our help and suggestions based on our many years of experience. When your home is built we will pick your home up at the manufacturing facility ourselves and deliver it to your site with tender loving care. Our highly trained professionals will then install your home according to all state and local codes. We do not subcontract out any of this work, we will be with your home from start to finish!
